  • favorite yogurt flavor
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 breakfast sausage links
  • 6 ham slices
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup raspberry or strawberry preserves
  • butter and maple syrup, for serving

Instructions 

  • Thread the fruit pieces onto skewers and set aside. Place the yogurt in a small bowl for dipping.

  • Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or heat an electric griddle to 375°F. Grease lightly with cooking spray, vegetable oil, or shortening.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, eggs, and milk until well blended.

  • Pour the batter by tablespoonfuls onto the hot griddle. Cook until the edges look dry. Flip and continue cooking until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Cook the breakfast sausage links and ham slices according to the package directions.
