  • pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • ½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, (10¾ ounces), undiluted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 hamburger buns, split and toasted, if desired

Instructions 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground beef with the onion and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes, or until the beef is no longer pink. Drain excess grease if needed.
