Let it sit a little while longer. I’ve found the longer you wait to eat it, the more the flavors intensify…as long as you aren’t letting it sit in the fridge for more than a few days!
Yes indeed! It should sit in the fridge for about a day if you need it to.
Any of your favorite tangy fruits will taste wonderful, like raspberries or certain kinds of peaches, strawberries, and cherries. “Softer” fruits, like bananas or coconut, are also delicious in this recipe. And you can use this recipe with any flavor of jello, really…it’ll always be so, so good. I just like the orange flavor the best (and I think you will too!!). For add-ins, I also would experiment with crunchy textures, like any of your favorite nuts. Pecans are really tasty. Yum!

Hi I made this for a group of seniors. One started to cry.she said , My mom used to make this for my birthday every year. Thanks for a great memory.
I make this without marshmallows.. Also is best to use Jello brand for better orange flavoring.
My mother added pecans or walnuts and shredded carrots when we were kids believe me it is a great way to encourage good eating for kids and it is a wonderful colorful addition.
