Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 24 frozen dinner rolls, thawed
  • 3 ounces mild cheddar cheese, cut into 8 cubes

Optional egg wash and garnish:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
