  • 1 bunch celery
  • 2 packages cream cheese, (8 oz.) each, softened
  • ¾ cup pimento-stuffed green olives, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • olive slices, for garnish (optional)
  • extra ground black pepper, for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  • Wash and trim the celery, then cut into 3-inch pieces.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped olives, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth and evenly mixed.
