Creamsicle Drink

Last week when our temperatures were near and over 100 for nine or ten days straight, we needed something to beat the heat. I remembered that we had some Tang and I wondered if I could recreate the drink, and this beverage was born! My kiddos loved it!

Creamsicle Drink

Beat the heat with a cool drink. Tang and I wondered if I could recreate the creamsicle flavor in a drink, Here it is. My kiddos loved it!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup Tang
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 12 ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Process until smooth and frothy.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • It would be fun to try other flavors of powdered drink mix in place of Tang!
