Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

I have not been feeling well lately. It’s not exactly a sick feeling …. it’s just a “not like myself” feeling. I’ve had people tell me that it’s stress. Others think I’m coming down with something. Brian tells me I should adjust the number on our bed – maybe I’m not sleeping well. Of course, everyone has an opinion on what will help make me feel better.

Right now, I’m just kinda laying low. I haven’t been online too much – just long enough to schedule what I need to and I try to get my posts up for the blog. Some days are better than others, however, whatever is going on, I hope it gets straightened out soon – I hate feeling like I’m in a funk.

I made this Pumpkin Pie Smoothie in hopes of getting some good stuff in me. Maybe my diet is lacking?! This Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is packed full of vitamins and minerals, potassium, protein and fiber. This smoothie only has all natural ingredients which already makes me feel better knowing I’m not putting junk in my body.

If you’re looking for a new breakfast or snack idea, this Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is easy and delicious! I hope you enjoy!
