This Healthy and Easy Green Smoothie will help you get off to a great start! Easy to make and delicious, give it a try, and enjoy!

Healthy & Easy Green Smoothie
It’s the last day of 2013, and can you believe it?! This year has just flown by! I know many of us are looking forward to 2014 – and we have made goals or resolutions to be healthier in the New Year! This Healthy and Easy Green Smoothie will help you get off to a great start!
My kiddos aren’t very fond of the idea of having a smoothie, and I don’t add a lot of spinach for them – just enough for some healthy benefits without them refusing to drink it! If your family is ok with the color and the idea of spinach being in their smoothie, feel free to add more spinach to your family’s tastes!

I put cabbage or spinach in almost every smoothie. I love it and no one else knows that it's in there.
This sounds really good! I have juiced in the past and am hoping to start again this month, but I have never made smoothies. I would love if you could stop by my weekly recipe linky, Kids and a Mom in the Kitchen, and share this!

I will have to try this one out. I am currently doing a green smoothie challenge the whole month of Jan – having 1 per day. I decided I don't like bananas in my smoothies though so I will have to omit that ingredient.
Thank you for sharing on Family Fun Friday! Will be pinning to our party board. Blessings to you!
