It’s the last day of 2013 … can you believe it?! This year has just flown by! I know many of us are looking forward to 2014 – and we have made goals or resolutions to be healthier in the New Year! This Healthy and Easy Green Smoothie will help you get off to a great start!
My kiddos aren’t very fond of the idea of having a green smoothie – so I don’t add a lot of spinach for them – just enough for some healthy benefits without them refusing to drink it! If your family is ok with the color and the idea of spinach being in their smoothie, feel free to add more spinach to your family’s tastes!
