  • 6 large egg yolks
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 ounces RumChata

Instructions 

  • Place the egg yolks in the bowl of your mixer and beat on medium speed. Slowly add in the sugar until combined. Increase the speed to high and mix until light and fluffy.
