❓ FAQs

➡️ Can I make this fruit salad ahead of time?

Yes! You can prep the fruit a few hours in advance, but for the freshest taste, add bananas and dressing just before serving.

➡️ How do I keep fruit salad from turning brown?

Toss apples and bananas in a little lemon or lime juice to slow browning. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

➡️ Can I use frozen fruit?

Fresh fruit is best for texture and flavor, but you can use thawed frozen fruit in a pinch. Just drain excess liquid before serving.

➡️ How long does fruit salad last in the fridge?

It stays fresh for about 1-2 days in an airtight container. However, bananas may get mushy, so add them just before eating.

➡️ Can I add other fruits?

Absolutely! Mango, raspberries, blackberries, pomegranate seeds, or even coconut flakes make great additions.

➡️ Can I make this without the dressing?

Yes! The dressing enhances the flavor, but the fruit is naturally sweet on its own. You can serve it plain or with a squeeze of citrus juice.

➡️ What can I serve this fruit salad with?

It’s perfect on its own, but also great with yogurt, granola, whipped cream, or as a topping for pancakes and waffles!
