Tips for the Best Rainbow Fruit Salad
Use Fresh, Ripe Fruit – The sweeter and juicier the fruit, the better your salad will taste!
Add Bananas Last – To prevent browning, toss bananas in a little lemon juice or add them just before serving.
Chill for Extra Refreshment – Let the salad sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
Customize Your Fruits – Swap in mango, raspberries, blackberries, or pomegranate seeds for variety.
Make It a Meal – Serve with yogurt, granola, or cottage cheese for a wholesome breakfast or snack.
Store Smart – Leftovers? Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Avoid freezing, as fruit texture changes.
