Ingredients
- 1 bag caramel bits, (11 ounces)
- 8 large lollipop sticks
- 24 large marshmallows
- 1 bag dark melting chocolate, (10 ounces)
- 1 cup crushed peppermints
Instructions
- Melt the caramel bits according to the package directions. Let the caramel cool slightly so it thickens a bit.1 bag caramel bits
- Dip one end of each lollipop stick in about 1 inch of water. Skewer 3 marshmallows onto each stick, starting at the damp end.8 large lollipop sticks, 24 large marshmallows
- Dip each marshmallow wand into the melted caramel. Coat well and shake off the excess. Set the wands on parchment paper and let the caramel harden for about 15 minutes.
