- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¼ teaspoon green oil-based food coloring, more as needed
- 1 cup red gumdrops, quartered, divided

- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Add the white chocolate chips to a medium mixing bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds so the chocolate does not burn.1 ¾ cups white chocolate chips
