I thought this was delicious but could have had just a bit more flavor?
I made this tonight with a couple changes. I used turkey instead of chicken because I didn't have any. I added the suggested cream soup, added Doritos on top then used melted nacho cheese. My family loved it!!!
This looks delicious! Glad you had a great vacation-well deserved, I'm sure!
Sounds like you had a fabulous time in LA. And this dinner–so easy and tasty!
What a fun vacation! It is nice to get a little home cooking while you are away too. It is a fun treat to eat out a bit when you normally eat at home, but more than a few days and I am ready to make something again! This would be a hit in our house as well and it is all stuff I always have on hand!
