1cuplong-grain white rice
1can condensed cream of chicken soup(10.5 oz.)
2cupslow-sodium chicken brothor water
2cupsbroccoli florets
1cupCheddar cheeseshredded
Instructions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

Add the onion and garlic. Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.

Stir in the rice, condensed cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
1 cup long-grain white rice, 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
Bring the mixture to a boil. Cover and reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer for 12 minutes.
Stir in the broccoli. Cover and cook an additional 7-8 minutes or until the broccoli is tender-crisp, the rice is tender, and the liquid is absorbed.
2 cups broccoli florets
Sprinkle the cheese over the top and serve immediately.
