Ingredients 

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice, (about 16-20 limes – use 1 cup bottled lime juice instead if needed)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar, – adjust to taste
  • 4 cups coconut water, (substitute with more water or juice if preferred)
  • 4 cups water
  • lime slices and fresh strawberries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add the sliced strawberries to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. For a smoother drink, strain the purée through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds and pulp.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the lime juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves.
  • Add the strawberry purée to the pitcher and stir well.
  • Pour in the coconut water and water. Mix to combine and taste. Adjust sweetness if needed.
