Instructions
Add the sliced strawberries to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. For a smoother drink, strain the purée through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds and pulp.
In a large pitcher, combine the lime juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves.
Add the strawberry purée to the pitcher and stir well.
Pour in the coconut water and water. Mix to combine and taste. Adjust sweetness if needed.
Chill the limeade in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve over ice with optional lime slices and strawberry garnishes.
