The past week or so, I have been feeling super stressed out. Mostly, I feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day to do everything I need or want to do. I have been trying to find time to step away from the computer – even for just a few hours everyday. I’m trying to find the balance between everything because I am seriously on the verge of burning out.
I made a conscious choice this past weekend to start taking care of myself. I know it sounds like a stupid thing to even have to think about. For me, it’s been too easy to find excuses as to why I don’t get enough sleep …. why I don’t exercise … why I’m always crabby …. and I’ve had it. Had. It.
While I’m not exactly sure what all of that means yet, I know it means it’s time for some changes …..
Because I only have so many hours in a day and I have been feeling super stressed out, I have needed to rely on my arsenal of quick and easy dinner ideas! Seriously y’all … dinner doesn’t get any faster or easier than this Korean Beef recipe! With just a handful of ingredients and 20 minutes, you can have this amazingly simple, yet delicious dinner on the table!

Instead of Ground Beef I actually make it with thin strips of Sirloin marinated in the sauce. After I cooked the beef đŸ¥© I sprinkled toasted sesame seeds on the beef đŸ¥© and serve over Jasmine Rice with chopped green onion. Fantastic!!!
Made it with double the sauce and 1 heaping tablespoon cornstach. Served it over spagetti noodles. Great meal.
Would love to double this recipe so that we have leftovers! Do you suggest just doubling everything?
Instant favorite! Even my picky eaters are happy.
Looks great making this tonight
This was awesome! Made it with jasmine rice and green beans. Love it.
I adjusted a couple of the measurements to my taste preferences and used thin sliced beef. Excellent recipe.
Thank you for sharing dear.
So good and super easy to make. I have used both ground beef and shaved steak, both are really good. Thanks for this awesome recipe!
This was so easy and delicious! Bulgogi is a favorite in our house, and this gives the same flavors when we can’t grill. I served it with basmati and roasted vegetables.
Can I add some diced pineapple with this dish and I can’t think of a good side dish to go with it any suggestions
I think pineapple would be fine! We usually serve this with steamed white rice and some kind of green veggie (broccoli, green beans, zucchini, etc…) on the side!
