  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub Cool Whip, divided, 16 oz.
  • 2 boxes instant white chocolate pudding mix, 3.9 oz. each
  • ¼ teaspoon green gel food coloring
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • ¾ cup chopped Andes mints
