Dairy-Free Frozen Grasshopper

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of DREAM™.

Besides chocolate and peanut butter, I think the next best flavor combo is mint and chocolate. I have been craving a minty dessert drink and I thought I would make myself a Frozen Grasshopper.

On a recent shopping trip, I spotted DREAM Gelato and wanted to give it a try in my frozen concoction. I had never heard of, nor seen these products before – so I was excited to give it a whirl in my blender! 😉 I picked up the Vanilla Bean and Chocolate Indulgence – the Vanilla Bean for the Frozen Grasshopper and the Chocolate Indulgence for a few late night nibbles. A girl’s got needs, ya know?! Yes, I need chocolate. 😉

Did you know that DREAM™ Gelato is the first (and only!) almond-based, non-dairy gelato on the market? It’s made in the traditional Italian style from real almonds. DREAM™ Gelatos are vegan, free of artificial flavors and preservatives, free of highly refined sugars, and free of lactose, gluten, cholesterol and trans-fat! The DREAM™ Gelato line is also Certified Kosher Pareve and they are Non-GMO Project certified.

Dream™ Gelato comes in these great flavors:
  • Sea Salt Caramel
  • Chocolate Indulgence
  • Café Latte
  • Coconut Almond
  • Tropical Mango
  • Raspberry Ribbon
  • Black Cherry
  • Vanilla Bean

I think the Sea Salt Caramel is on my list to try next! Or maybe the Café Latte?! Decisions, decisions! What flavor would you want to try?

About that Frozen Grasshopper ….. let’s get to the recipe, shall we? Enjoy!
