Dijon-Peach Pork Chops
Dinner is easy AND delicious when these Dijon-Peach Pork Chops are on the menu! You only need a handful of ingredients and less than 30 minutes!
Ingredients
Dijon-Peach Sauce
- 1/2 cup peach preserves
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Spice Rub Mixture
- 1 tbsp. packed light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Additional Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (about 1 lb.) Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops
Instructions
- Oil grill grates. Preheat grill.
- In a small saucepan, combine all of the Dijon-Peach Sauce ingredients. Mix well. Cook over low heat until the preserves are melted, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine all of the Spice Rub Mixture ingredients. Season each pork chop generously with the spice rub mixture on both sides and rub the mixture into the meat.
- Grill pork chops over medium heat for 8-14 minutes TOTAL or until the pork is no longer pink (145°F), flipping each pork chop once. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, brush the preserve mixture over the top of the chops.
- To serve, bring any remaining preserve mixture to a boil and serve with pork chops.
Notes
You can also use Smithfield All Natural Bone-In Pork Chops for this recipe. Be sure to cook the pork chops until they are no longer pink (145°F).
