🛒 Ingredients & Substitutions

  • cranberry sauce – use homemade cranberry sauce or canned whole berry; avoid jellied sauce
  • Pimm’s Liqueur – substitute with gin mixed with a splash of sweet vermouth and orange liqueur
  • ice cubes – crushed ice also works

  • cinnamon stick – use ground cinnamon for a hint of spice if sticks are unavailable

✨ Variations

  • Light version – replace ginger beer with ginger ale for a softer flavor.

  • The mixed cocktail should be consumed immediately for the best fizz and flavor.

♨️ REHEATING

  • This drink is served cold and should not be reheated.

❄️ FREEZING

  • Do not freeze, as carbonation and fresh fruit do not hold up well when frozen.

💡 TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS

  • Use cold ingredients to keep the drink chilled for longer.

  • Prepare ingredients ahead of time, but assemble just before serving.

🍳 ALTERNATE COOKING METHODS

  • For a warm holiday version, heat the Pimm’s, cranberry sauce, and ginger beer gently in a saucepan (do not boil), then pour into mugs and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

♻️ LEFTOVERS

  • Leftover fruit or cranberry mixture can be used in sparkling water or mocktails the next day.
