Have you already finished your Thanksgiving shopping? I have been a total procrastinator this year. Our Thanksgiving will be celebrated with just us – Brian, the kiddos and me. When I went shopping this past weekend, I bought a few turkeys – it’s hard to pass up the great prices this time of year! I’m sure come January or February, my family will be turkey’d out! We’ll enjoy one of the turkey’s for Thanksgiving (of course), but I am also already planning on the leftovers so we can make these yummy and easy Cran-Apple Turkey Sandwiches!

- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 2-3 tbsp. cranberry sauce
- 4 oz. turkey, sliced
- 2-4 thin apple slices
- 1 tbsp. Best Foods (or Hellmann's) Real Mayonnaise
- Spread the cranberry sauce on one side of a slice of bread. Top it with lettuce and sliced turkey. Place the apple slices on top.
- Spread the Best Foods Real Mayonnaise on one side of the remaining slice of bread. Place mayonnaise side down on top of the sandwich. Slice in half, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
