I have been on a smoothie kick lately. I drink them for breakfast or as a snack a few times a week. Sometimes at night, Brian will get ice cream and I will get out the blender and make a smoothie instead! I am trying to be better about making healthier eating choices. Keeping a few fresh or frozen fruits on hand makes it super easy to keep my temptations in check.
This is my favorite smoothie to date. I love that it’s filling and the flavor is perfect! I also love feeling like I’m not cheating myself out of something, because this yummy little treat satisfies my “sweet” craving while still letting me eat “healthy.”

- ½ cup oatmeal
- 1 cup strawberry flavored Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- ½ cup orange juice
- 10 frozen strawberries
- 2 fresh strawberries, for garnish (optional)
