  • Oreo cookies – I use lemon-flavored ones. You can certainly use the Golden Oreos if you prefer. Graham crackers are a great substitute. These will form the base of your cheesecake jar.
  • cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon-flavored gelatin, vanilla-flavored dry coffee creamer, and frozen whipped topping – your cheesecake filling. These ingredients combine to give you the best no-bake lemon cheesecake ever!! Fluffy and creamy!
  • sweetened whipped cream and lemon slices – for garnish (optional). Alternatively, you could also garnish with an additional lemon-flavored Oreo cookie, too! 😍

How to make No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake Jars

Place cookies in jars. First, evenly divide the lemon-flavored Oreo cookies between pint-size 6 jars. Set aside.

Ingredients 

  • 12 lemon-flavored Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened, 8 oz. each
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 box lemon-flavored gelatin, 3 oz.
  • cup vanilla-flavored dry coffee creamer
  • 1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed, 8 oz
  • sweetened whipped cream and lemon slices, for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  • Divide the lemon Oreo cookies evenly between pint-size 6 jars. Set aside.
  • Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Mix it well with an electric mixer. Add the sugar, lemon gelatin, and coffee creamer. Mix well. Add the whipped topping and mix until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly between the 6 jars. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Just before serving, top with sweetened whipped cream and garnish with a lemon slice. Serve immediately.
