Lemon Berry Fruit Slush

I don’t know about you, but I love fruity drinks when the weather starts warming up. This Lemon Berry Fruit Slush recipe is very similar to a freckled lemonade – which I absolutely love! It has a nice tartness from the lemon juice, with a sweetness from the strawberries – it truly is a match made in Heaven!

You will need a blender for this recipe, so go ahead and dig it out, if need be! This recipe is a great way to use up some of those fresh berries so abundant right now!

Basically, it’s a combination of assorted fruits blended with ice.

  • Can I omit the sugar called for in the recipe?

Yes … but know that it will not be as sweet.

  • Can I use a sugar alternative?

Absolutely! Adjust using the amount of sugar substitute equal to the amount of sugar called for in the recipe (note – this may not be the same measurement so be sure to read your specific sugar substitute for guidance on usage) – or, adjust it to taste.

  • Is this fruit slush recipe keto?

As it is written, no – but it can easily be adjusted for a low-carb diet by switching out the sugar to a keto-approved sweetener.
