Elevate your sandwich game with this Hog Wild Sammich! BBQ pulled pork, ham and cooked bacon rock together in this tasty sandwich that will become a favorite!
I sure hope y’all have been enjoying bacon month! Now that more than half of the month is over I’m kinda sad because I know we’re on the down-swing of things. We only have a few more posts for bacon month ….. boo!
So, I have to admit that this is not a “recipe” in the typical sorts. It’s more of a method. I had leftover pulled pork and shaved ham and decided to put them all together in this awesome sandwich with a few slices of cooked bacon! My 15-year-old liked these sandwiches so much that he wanted any leftovers for lunch the next day … too bad for him that there were no more leftovers!! This isn’t a sandwich I would want to eat all of the time – but with football season kicking off, you can bet we’ll be making these another time or two!
To celebrate Bacon Month, we’ve got a few giveaways going on – be sure to stop by and enter for a chance to win! We’ve got a year supply of Torani, $100 gift card for Lodge Cast Iron, and $125 PayPal cash …. that’s 3 prizes with 3 winners!! Good luck, y’all!!
