How to make Party Mints

First, mix your ingredients. In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese and butter until well combined. Mix in the powdered sugar. (Be sure to scrape down the sides at least once!!) Finally, mix in the peppermint oil and the food coloring paste if you’re using it.

Next, make your mints. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the waxed paper to prevent the mint mixture from sticking too much. Then, divide and roll the mixture into small balls and place them on waxed paper. Flatten each ball with a fork dipped in powdered sugar. (You can also press the mint balls into candy molds for cute themed shapes!)

Finally, let the mints dry and enjoy. Let the mints dry for about 2 hours on waxed paper and serve, or freeze/refrigerate them!
