❓ FAQs

Can I double this steak bites recipe?

Yes, but cook in batches so the air fryer basket doesn’t get overcrowded.

What can I serve with steak bites?

They pair well with rice, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or dipping sauces like garlic butter, chimichurri, or ranch.

Can I make steak bites ahead of time?

Yes, marinate the cubes for up to 24 hours in the fridge, then cook when ready.

Do I need to marinate steak bites?

The steak bites marinade adds flavor and tenderness, but if you’re short on time, you can season them simply with oil and spices before cooking.

How long should I marinate the steak?

At least 15 minutes is enough for flavor, but you can marinate up to 24 hours in the refrigerator for deeper seasoning.

Do I need to flip the steak bites while cooking?

It’s not required, but shaking the basket halfway through can help them cook more evenly.

How do I know when the steak bites are done?

Cook to your preferred doneness. For medium, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F. Always use a meat thermometer for accuracy.

Can I make these steak bites recipe spicy?

Yes, add red pepper flakes, cayenne, or a dash of hot sauce to the marinade for heat.

Are steak bites good for meal prep?

Absolutely! Cook a batch, store in the fridge, and use them throughout the week in salads, wraps, or grain bowls.
