Ingredients

olive oil

teaspoon
soy sauce

Montreal steak seasoning

strip sirloin steak
(16 ounces), cut into ¾-inch cubes

fresh parsley
chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and Montreal steak seasoning.

Place the steak cubes in a medium bowl and pour the marinade over the top. Toss to coat evenly.

Arrange the steak cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes, shaking once halfway through the cook time.
Let the steak rest for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
