  • ½ cup water
  • cups granulated sugar, divided
  • 3 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed and dried

Instructions 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the water and ½ cup sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
    ½ cup water, 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • Stir in the cranberries to fully coat them in the syrup.
