I’ll admit that growing up, I ate my fair share of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I really didn’t mind it and o be honest, I actually kinda liked them over lunch meat sandwiches. I still eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on occasion – and my kids love them too.
It should come as no surprise that I’m a peanut butter fan! I believe one of the best flavor combos on the planet is peanut butter and chocolate together – and I love combining the two in some pretty awesome treats!
Don’t limit peanut butter to just desserts – it’s pretty rad in Asian-style dishes and a few breakfast dishes, too! You can even use it to make those little energy balls you see all over Pinterest!
