I love Girl Scout cookies but I find the cost ridiculous although every year I buy a few boxes anyway to make some Girl Scout cookie popcorn and shakes. Or really just because I can’t say no. But I love making Thin Mints and Tagalong Cookies from scratch, most of the time homemade is just better.
