Arizona Sunset

Arizona Sunset is a fun and fruity, non-alcoholic drink, perfect for warmer weather - it's reminiscent of Arizona's awesomely beautiful sunsets! Since there is no alcohol, it's great for adults and kids!

Have I ever told y'all how much I love living in Arizona?! I mean I really LOVE it here! We have lived here for almost a full year - and to tell y'all the truth, it has taken some getting used to, but I couldn't imagine living anywhere else!

Last summer was brutally hot (this is Arizona - and we do live in the middle of a desert after all - I hear it's brutally hot EVERY summer ha!) - but there is very little humidity here. Thank the Lord! We learned pretty early to plan our day a little more wisely - to do what we needed to do in the morning or after dinner .... and to avoid the mid-day! LOL. Being a family full of redheads - that sun is a killer on the skin!

Some of my favorite things about Arizona are the mountains (they're all around us - they call Phoenix "the valley" for a reason!), the almost perfect weather year round and the sunsets are unbelievable! It's almost as if God paints the sky a new portrait for our viewing pleasure every night! Those awesome sunsets were the inspiration for this easy drink .... by the way, you don't have to be an Arizonian ... or a "Zonie" (that's what my SoCal husband calls Arizonians?!) to enjoy this drink! :)

  7. When I made the drive from North Carolina to move to California, I LOVED my drive through Arizona. I'll have to make this drink, but it'll be a California Sunset here. ;0)

  12. What a pretty drink! Do you mind if I put booze in mine ;) I love drinks that can easily go between mocktails and cocktails like this one, Jamie!

  13. I love Arizona, too! We enjoy visiting relatives "in the valley" periodically --the area definitely has its own personality! The scenery everywhere is sooooo beautiful. Love it all from the Grand Canyon to Tucson! I don't do well in the summer heat but the winters are heavenly -- hope to have a winter home there one day! Raise a glass of Arizona Sunset to a great state!
