Some of my readers may remember me telling you that Brian and I had our first “date” at Olive Garden. You can probably guess that it still holds a special place in our hearts to this day. Having a larger family than most, and Brian’s crazy work schedule, doesn’t leave us many opportunities to enjoy dinner out – and that’s ok when I can create something just as fabulous at home.

Some of you may also remember me telling you that I didn’t really grow up eating a lot of seafood as a kid, which is weird since I grew up in Florida! I know both of my parents eat it, maybe it was just that my mom wasn’t comfortable preparing it?! Which is something I can totally relate to!

Occasionally, we like to hit up our local Sam’s Club. It gives me the opportunity to stock up on some kitchen essentials and the rest of my family loves trying all of the food at the different sample carts! Oh, yes! They are “those” people!

For the months of February through April 1st, Sam’s Club is hosting several seafood recipe demonstrations. The last recipe demonstration is April 1st where they will be showing club members how to prepare an Easy Marinated Shrimp recipe. Demo times vary depending on the Club, but most demos should occur between 11AM-4PM. With Summer and warmer weather coming, it would make a fantastic no-cook appetizer recipe for any get-together! It’ll be your go-to party appetizer!

As much as I love appetizers, I still have a family to feed. Let’s face it, we live in such a high-paced society and so many families struggle to eat dinner together. Even though dinner starts with convenience food, you can easily create a meal that is quick AND delicious – and you can make it go a little bit beyond just opening a box. This semi-homemade meal will have your family asking for more!

With Daily Chef™ Cooked Medium shrimp and Olive Garden Signature Italian Dressing plus a few other pantry staples, you can easily have a restaurant quality dish that is as easy to make as it is to boil water! Serve it up with a side salad and crusty bread for a “wow-worthy” dinner!

Easy recipe. 30 minutes or less. Recipe uses only a few ingredients. Check, check and check! Sam’s Club has high-quality seafood and everything you need to make an incredibly delicious and easy meal for your family!

I make a dish similar to this, but it has the addition of jumbo lump Maryland crab meat, between 1/2 a cup to a whole cup more Alfredo sauce, and the juice from 1/2 fresh lemon.
It’s such an easy & protein rich recipe!
