Orange & Ginger Scones

Many of you know that I’m not a breakfast eater …. at least not at breakfast time. I do however, like some breakfast food for dinner … and if by some rare chance I have something other than toast and coffee for breakfast, it’s probably something like these.

Loooove scones! We've started doing the English thing and eating one about 3:30 in the afternoon — we actually do schedule it to remind us that we need a break since we are "work from homers". Scones are the reward! They are good anytime of day!
