  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions 

  • In a small bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Set aside.
