Ingredients

large flour tortillas
warmed

refried beans
warmed

Cilantro Lime Rice
Instructions
Warm the tortillas so they are soft and easy to roll.
6 large flour tortillas
Spread about ½ cup refried beans evenly over each tortilla.

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the beans.

Add about 2 tablespoons sour cream and a spoonful of guacamole to each tortilla.

Divide the chopped tomatoes evenly over the top.

Add about ½ cup lettuce and a portion of cilantro lime rice to each burrito.

Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
Cut in half if desired and serve.

Store burritos wrapped tightly in foil or plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to 3 days

Microwave for 1-2 minutes until heated through
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warm and slightly crisp
