Ingredients

bunch
celery
2
packages
cream cheese
(8 oz.) each, softened
¾
cup
pimento-stuffed green olives
finely chopped
2
cloves
garlic
finely minced
salt and ground black pepper
to taste

extra ground black pepper
for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Wash and trim the celery, then cut into 3-inch pieces.
1 bunch celery
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped olives, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth and evenly mixed.
2 packages cream cheese,
¾ cup pimento-stuffed green olives,
2 cloves garlic,
salt and ground black pepper
Fill each celery piece with the mixture using a spoon or piping bag, spreading on top or pressing into the groove.
Garnish with sliced olives or a sprinkle of black pepper if desired.

Chill for about 20-30 minutes (optional) and serve.
