Instant Pot Baked Beans
This Instant Pot Baked Beans recipe is the perfect summer side dish. These hearty and easy to make Instant Pot Baked Beans require no soaking!
Ingredients

lb. dried navy beans, rinsed and sorted

cups water

1/3
cup molasses
-
1/4
cup brown sugar

medium onion, chopped

1/4
pound salt pork or bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces

tbsp. Dijon mustard

tsp. salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in the pressure cooker.
- Set pressure valve to sealed and then set manual pressure to 90 minutes on high pressure.
- After doing a quick release, stir and serve.
