Ingredients 

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
  • fresh chopped dill or parsley, for garnish

Instructions 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together tahini, water, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, coriander, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Place chicken in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour marinade over the chicken and massage to coat evenly.
  • Cover or seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 8 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off.
