  • 1 ½ cups thin potato chips, crushed
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 rolls, pretzel, ciabatta, or your choice of bread

Cowboy Butter Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grainy Dijon mustard
