Preheat oven to 250° F.
- Top crackers with bacon and brown sugar.
Arrange the crackers on a cooling rack over a baking sheet in a single layer. Top each cracker with 1/3 slice bacon, and evenly sprinkle the desired amount of brown sugar over the top.
- Bake.
Bake for 1 hour or until browned and crisp.
- Serve.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

These look delicious! It says cooling rack over baking sheet. I take that to mean they need to be suspended so sugar and grease drips away? My cooling racks are coated. Any other method I could use?
I have never tried any other way, but you could try crumpled up aluminum foil ropes. Take a few long sheets of foil and crumple them into ropes so the grease and sugar still have a way to drain away and the crackers are above. I hope that helps! If you try it this way, I would love to know if it works since I’ve never actually tried it.
