Homemade Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Creamer

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Hamilton Beach. The opinions and text are all mine.

I feel like I should start this post with the disclaimer that coffee is my bff. Seriously, I can’t live without it. And really, you don’t want me to live without it. I’m just saying. I look forward to that first cup every single morning. There is something about the smell of grinding up the beans, and the smell of the coffee brewing. And that first sip = bliss.

As crazy as it is, Brian does not drink coffee! I know, right?! What is wrong with him? I still love him, but some things I will never understand! Regardless, I generally drink several cups of coffee during the day which makes the carafe side of my Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-Way Coffee Maker the way I normally make my morning coffee.

Lately, I have been on a cinnamon kick. I just can’t seem to get enough! My Homemade Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Creamer has quickly become my favorite addition to coffee! It’s perfectly cinnamony with just a hint of butter and almond. My 3 yr-old daughter likes to ask for some of my homemade creamer in her “coffee” ….. it’s mostly milk with a splash of creamer and coffee. She’s 3 going on 30. Ha!

When it comes to single-serve, I am hooked on the Cinnabon K-cups. They’re great when I only need one cup of coffee – like when I’m heading out the door to do my grocery shopping on Friday mornings! I love that the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-Way Coffee Maker makes a carafe OR a single serving! It looks stylish on my counter and I only need ONE appliance!

Making the creamer

I really enjoy the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-Way Coffee Maker! I love having options and this coffee maker gives me plenty! Be sure to visit the Hamilton Beach website for all of the product features!

In my recipe below, you will see a few options – milk, half & half or heavy cream. Feel free to use what you like and have on hand. I usually use fat-free milk. If you prefer a creamier taste, use a milk product with a higher fat content or use heavy cream.

It really depends on the day. If I'm staying home I like a whole pot, but if I'm out and about I just need one or two cups before I'm out the door.
