Ocean Water Cocktail
This Ocean Water Cocktail - Coconut water, pineapple juice, blue curacao, and coconut rum combine for the perfect summer drink.

- ¼ cup coconut water
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 2 ounces blue curacao
- 1 ounce coconut rum
Instructions
- Place the coconut water, pineapple juice, blue curacao, and coconut rum into a cocktail mixing glass.
- Stir to combine.
- Serve over ice with your favorite garnishes.
Notes
- Swedish Fish makes a fun addition to carrying on the "ocean" theme. Drop one or two into the glass!
- This recipe was also tested with regular white rum, and it was still good. However, I suggest adding simple syrup if you use regular white rum because the coconut rum adds sweetness regular white rum does not.
