I have to apologize for the not so great picture ... the weather was uncooperative and I couldn't find a "good" place to take a picture. Don't let that stop you from trying this tasty pizza! It has a palatable combo of pesto, ham, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and Feta cheese. You can add black olives too, if you desire!
1jarquartered marinated artichoke hearts, drained7.5 oz.
1Roma tomatochopped
1cansliced black olives, drained2.25 oz
3 - 4ouncesFeta cheesecrumbled
Instructions
If necessary, make the pizza dough according to the directions.
Preheat the oven according to your pizza recipe's directions. Follow the recipe directions for preparing the pizza dough for the pan, if any.
Spread the pesto on the crust. Top with 1 cup of Mozzarella. Top with ham, artichoke hearts, tomato, and black olives. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Mozzarella and Feta.
Bake according to the pizza dough recipe directions or until the pizza is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
