Notes
🥡 STORAGE
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Keep gravy and pork together for best flavor retention.
♨️ REHEATING
Microwave: Reheat individual portions for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway.
Skillet: Warm over medium-low heat with a splash of broth or water until heated through.
Oven: Cover with foil and heat at 325°F for 15-20 minutes.
❄️ FREEZING
Freeze cooled pork and gravy together in freezer-safe containers for up to 2 months.
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
💡 TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
Use thick-cut pork chops for more tender results.
Avoid overcooking to prevent dryness.
Stir the gravy before serving for a smooth texture.
If you prefer thicker gravy, remove the lid during the last 30 minutes of cooking to let it reduce slightly.
