egg roll wrappers

American cheese

dill hamburger pickle chips

tablespoon
cornstarch

Instructions
In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned and the onion is softened.
1 pound ground beef,
1 small onion
Reduce heat to low. Add ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let cool slightly.
2 tablespoons ketchup,
1 tablespoon yellow mustard,

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place one slice of American cheese in the center, then add 4 pickle chips.
8 egg roll wrappers,
8 slices American cheese,
32 dill hamburger pickle chips
Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the beef mixture on top.
In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch to form a slurry. Brush along the wrapper edges.
2 tablespoons water,
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
Heat oil to 350°F. Fry egg rolls in batches for 5-7 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.

Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Serve hot with Big Mac sauce.

🥡 STORAGE
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
♨️ REHEATING
Oven - Reheat at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until crispy
Air fryer - Reheat at 375°F for 4-6 minutes
Microwave - Heat in short intervals, the texture will be softer
Skillet - Reheat over medium heat until warmed through
❄️ FREEZING
Freeze uncooked egg rolls on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer bag
Cook from frozen, adding a few extra minutes
💡 TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
Let the filling cool before assembling
Do not overfill wrappers
Seal edges tightly
Fry in batches

Air fryer - Cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway
