Tropical Hummus

This Tropical Hummus makes a great snack for game day! It also makes a great filling for wraps!


For the tropical hummus

  • 1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup diced mango cubes
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp. Silk Coconutmilk

For garnish

  • Olive oil and/or shredded coconut for garnish (optional)

For serving

  • Falafel chips, pita chips, tortilla chips or assorted veggies, for serving


  1. Place all hummus ingredients in a food processor. Cover and process until smooth.
  2. Garnish with olive oil and/or shredded coconut before serving, if desired.
  3. Serve with Falafel chips, pita chips, tortilla chips or assorted veggies.
