Ingredients

taco or fajita-sized flour tortilla
¼
cup
pizza sauce
more or less to taste
¼ - ⅓
cup
shredded cheese
any melty cheese is good - I like a mix of Mozzarella and mild Cheddar
Toppings of choice
I used a few chopped pepperoni
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Place tortilla on an ungreased baking sheet. Top with pizza sauce, then cheese. Add whatever toppings you prefer.
Place in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until tortilla is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Slice and eat!
